BEGIN YOUR HEalth JOURNEY
weight management
As a board-certified Obesity Medicine physician, my focus goes beyond the number on the scale, because it’s about how your body composition is actually changing. My approach includes:
Personalized lifestyle strategies, appropriate medication when indicated, and dedicated 1:1 coaching
Building lean mass and improving metabolic health
Reducing the disease and medication burden that often comes with weight struggles, which for many patients means real progress toward improving or reversing prediabetes, or working toward reducing blood pressure medication
Ongoing diagnostic routine exams and follow-up support
Together, we focus on building confidence, reducing shame, and developing practical skills for lasting, sustainable change, not a quick fix.
Menopause Care
I provide comprehensive, compassionate hormonal care to help women feel their best at every stage of life, with specialized training in PCOS, perimenopause, and menopause. I support women through:
Symptoms such as weight changes, fatigue, mood shifts, irregular cycles, and metabolic concerns
Hormonal health planning for pregnancy or fertility preservation
An evidence-based approach combining lifestyle strategies, targeted medical therapy, and individualized coaching
My goal is to help you optimize your health and support long-term well-being.
Primary Care
I also provide general internal medicine care for a select number of patients who want one physician managing their full health picture, including ongoing annual and follow-up diagnostic routine exams, personalized treatment plans, and continuity of care alongside your weight and hormone work.
