Annual and unlimited follow-up comprehensive diagnostic exams and related communications that we use to get ahead of illness, work to optimize health, and reframe healthcare as a connection and a relationship rather than a commodity. This care model, over 100 years old in the US, has been used for decades to enhance and protect people’s health — and I want to provide that care model to you, focused on the healthcare areas I believe are most likely to improve your overall health. And, because we are not dependent on health insurance reimbursement (which significantly can restrict/control care services) and we focus on a smaller number of patients, you will experience fast and easy connection and communications with our practice: no more waiting three and a half weeks for a 12 minute appointment, and no more inability to actually talk with your healthcare professional when you have questions or concerns.
-
That's right, none of our cash fees may be submitted to any healthcare insurance plan for reimbursement at any time.

Yes, you need your healthcare insurance plan to cover certain healthcare services that our subscription model does not deliver. We often will try to run diagnostic tools (such as blood work or imaging) and medications through your plan whenever possible, if there is coverage. That said, the cash price for a diagnostic test is often lower than what you would pay through your insurance, particularly if you have not met your deductible. In those cases, paying cash may actually reduce your out-of-pocket cost.
-
Our practice model is designed to render your patient fees eligible for those funding options: but check with your tax expert or fund coordinator to verify as tax situations and plan terms can vary.

You make a good and relevant point: it is very expensive to be sick in the US, where healthcare insurance plans typically have unexpected coverage gaps and trigger non-transparent and sometimes substantial costs. By contrast, this style of subscription healthcare program implements a fixed transparent cost (payable annually or monthly) and provides ongoing exams/communications without plan restrictions. This model has been proven over decades to help better avoid preventable healthcare conditions and better diagnose/treat/mitigate conditions as they arise. Over time, utilizing a high-connection care model like this can actually reduce the costs and burdens of healthcare problems when medical challenges are earlier detected and managed. And because this care model lacks plan-based restrictions on communications and availability, getting your questions answered and your concerns addressed occurs far more efficiently and quickly, protecting your time and peace of mind. For this reason, this care model has been quietly common and popular among elite US families and executives for decades — they use it because it works, and it can also work for you.
