Hi, I’m Dr. Ariana Feuvrier.
My work is both professional and personal.
After struggling with my own weight for years, losing more than 50 pounds, maintaining that loss, and pursuing advanced training in Obesity Medicine, I saw how transformative individualized medical treatment can be.
Throughout my career, I’ve also cared for women navigating various hormonal changes, such as PCOS, postpartum, perimenopause, and menopause who felt frustrated by changes in their weight, energy, symptoms, and overall health. Those experiences shaped the areas of medicine I now focus deeply on and ultimately led me to create Ardeur Health.

After practicing within traditional primary care models, I wanted something different for myself and for my patients. I believe healthcare should be proactive, personal, and focused on long-term wellness. That’s why Ardeur Health is built around a smaller patient panel and a subscription model that allows us to get ahead of illness, work to optimize health, and reframe healthcare as a true connection.
Based in San Diego, I offer telemedicine and home visits across California. You can expect an in-depth initial intake focused on metabolic and hormonal health, a personalized treatment plan built around your goals, individualized health coaching, and an ongoing relationship with your doctor, not just a transaction.
Our subscription healthcare program provides annual comprehensive diagnostic and unlimited follow-up routine exams supported by year-round ongoing communication services aimed at optimizing your health.
